To All,

After 14 years of solid service the SmartTrack system is going to be retired.  So on the 20th of May 2016 we will be unplugging the power for last time.

I thank you all for the long service you have given to SmartTrack.

Optus OutageTuesday, 8 November 2011
 

Please be advised that we experienced an outage overnight between 01:30am 08:00am AEDT due to a failure on the Optus network. Those customers using Telstra SIMs were unaffected. It did not relate to any issues with Imarda network infrastructure.

As always, we do apologise for any inconvenience caused.
