Please be advised that we experienced an outage overnight between 01:30am 08:00am AEDT due to a failure on the Optus network. Those customers using Telstra SIMs were unaffected. It did not relate to any issues with Imarda network infrastructure.

As always, we do apologise for any inconvenience caused.

An upgrade to Internet Explorer 9 has been included in the latest package from Microsoft for many Windows7 and Vista computers. Although we do not currently support IE 9, we suggest if you do upgrade to IE 9 that you ensure that you are running in compatibility mode.

 
The SmartTrack website is optimised for a screen resolution of 1024 * 768 using these browsers under Windows
Internet Explorer 6.1   or   Netscape 7.1
We do not support any other browsers or operating systems.
